CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. The customer can cancel the order for a medical test if the collection of the sample is beyond 2 working days from the date of purchase
  2. In this case, a written request has to be made to us to refund the lab tests collected
  3. No cancellation charges shall be levied for an order’s cancellation in accordance with this policy’s terms.
  4. No cancellation is allowed for no proof of address and proof of incomplete purchase address in a request for cancellation
  5. In case you fail to give a sample when our staff come to you and you request later for cancellation, then it will not be entertained, 
  6. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

REFUND PROCESS:
In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, a Refund will be made as mentioned below:

  • For the refund process written request has to be made to us to refund the lab tests collected
  • Orders placed through an online wallet will be credited to the wallet
  • Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to the customer’s bank account
